L.A. Gold Leaf Wholesaler sells and ships products within the United States only. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin if we do not have the items in stock and until we receive all the information we need for full payment or full authorization, in the case of a credit card.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm PDT, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.
NOTE: As of 11/4/2019, we will not be taking in new international customers, but hope to restore that service soon. We apologize for any invconvenience this may cause.
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase at L.A. Gold Leaf Wholesaler please request a store credit or exchange within 5 business days of the receipt of the product**. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you store credit. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging.
For product returns, your request must be officially approved by L.A. Gold Leaf Wholesaler.
All approved returning items must be returned within 8 business days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returning the product. The original cost of shipping and any insurance will not be refunded/credited.
All returned items will be examined prior to the store credit being processed.
All deposits received for all types of orders WILL NOT BE REFUNDED once we have started processing these orders for shipment.

**A product is considered delivered and in the hands of the customer if the shipping service used determines that the package has been successfully delivered to the address the customer provides. Packages we ship to customers will always include tracking services.
