Agate Burnisher 48 has the classic dog-tooth shape that can be used for convex and concave surfaces alike, as well as ridges and edges. This particular dog-tooth shape is narrow from base to tip and quite long for how narrow it is, meaning it is more delicate than most other agate burnishers and requires care when used for burnishing. Can be effective for narrow yet concaved sections.
All agate burnishers are highly polished agate stones affixed onto a wooden handle with a steel (or similar metal) ferrule. These tools will allow for its users to burnish properly gilded gold leaf to a a shine.
